Portuguese legislation grants lawyers the same notarial powers as a Notary Office
In Portugal, legislation grants lawyers certain notarial powers, meaning that a lawyer registered with the Portuguese Bar Association is legally authorized to perform a broad range of notarial acts, including:
In addition to notarial acts, lawyers are also legally authorized to draft private powers of attorney and to formalize extrajudicial notifications.

To schedule your consultation, simply fill in your details to access the booking page.
At this stage, you will be able to choose the available date and time in the calendar according to your availability, decide whether the meeting will be online or in person, select the language in which you wish to be assisted, and provide a brief description of your case.
You will then receive an email with a link for online payment, which is required to confirm your booking. The fee for the consultation is150€. Payment must be completed within a maximum of 24 hours after the booking confirmation.
If you choose an online consultation, you will automatically receive an invitation with access to the virtual meeting room. If you select an in-person consultation, you will receive the address of the office in Matosinhos, where you should arrive at the scheduled time.
The consultation lasts up to 40 minutes and is a fully personalized meeting dedicated to analyzing your specific case and addressing your questions.
