Real Estate Law
The purchase, sale, or lease of a property requires more than a commercial assessment — it requires legal certainty. Real estate due diligence consists of a comprehensive verification of the property’s legal status, ensuring that the transaction is carried out without hidden risks or unexpected issues in the future.
The support of a lawyer with expertise in this field and whom you trust is essential to ensure an objective and impartial analysis, focused exclusively on protecting the client’s interests. Documents, registrations, licenses, possible encumbrances or liens, as well as compliance with the applicable legal and urban planning requirements related to the property, are carefully examined.
A lawyer specialized in this area can provide complete and personalized support at every stage, including:
- Comprehensive real estate due diligence
- Representation at the deed of purchase and sale
- Drafting and review of the Promissory Purchase and Sale Agreement (CPCV) in legal compliance
- Protection of buyers’ and sellers’ rights
- Drafting and review of lease agreements
- Legal assistance in real estate negotiations, including representation before banking institutions
- Protection of landlords’ and tenants’ rights
The security of a real estate transaction begins long before the signing of any document — it begins with a legal analysis conducted by a professional who is exclusively on your side.
