Mail Management and Professional Address
The professional address is the company’s official address before the Portuguese authorities and is registered with the Tax Authority (Autoridade Tributária), Social Security, the Commercial Registry, and other public and private entities. It is at this address that tax notifications, legal communications, and institutional correspondence relevant to the company’s activities are received.
For entrepreneurs at the beginning of their activities—particularly those who do not yet have their own physical office or who adopt flexible working models such as remote work or coworking—the professional address plays a strategic role. In addition to ensuring legal compliance, it conveys professionalism, stability, and credibility to the market.
For companies, defining a commercial address is not merely advisable: it is a mandatory requirement for the incorporation and regular operation of the business.
More than just an address, a professional address represents the structure that supports the credibility of your business. Choosing a trusted partner ensures peace of mind, legal compliance, and professionalism at every stage of your activity.
