Valid passport (minimum 6 months).
NIF (Tax Identification Number in Portugal).
Bank account in Portugal with a minimum balance of €10,440.
Proof of passive income (minimum 870€/month).
Lease agreement for at least 6 months, property deed or term of responsibility.
Travel insurance with minimum cover of €30,000 and repatriation expenses, valid for at least 12 months.
Criminal Certificate
