Enrollment in public health centers in Portugal

To register at the health center in Portugal, in addition to other documents, you must have a Portuguese citizen’s card/residence permit/residence certificate.

If you are a national of a country with an agreement signed with the Portuguese Government, you must prove that you are enrolled in the health system of your country of origin. In the case of Brazil, for example, the PB4/CDAM must be submitted.
