Every Portuguese/EU citizen/foreigner with a residence permit living in Portugal is entitled to family reunification. The legislation defines the assumptions, the requirements, and the relevant documentation.

The process must be presented to the Aliens and Borders Service, which is competent for analyzing and deciding the request.
